RewindSnap is designed so your photographs stay on your device. When you upload a photo in the editor, the file is read in your browser and processed with client-side canvas code.

The original image and the edited export are not sent to RewindSnap servers for processing, storage or training. There is no account system in this version, and no cloud photo library.

Optional product analytics (Google Analytics 4), when enabled by the site operator, may collect anonymous traffic and interaction data such as page views, which camera or format you chose, and whether an export completed. Analytics events never include photograph contents, filenames, captions, custom date stamps, EXIF or other image metadata.

If this policy changes in a future version, we will update this page before introducing any cloud features.
